Google Class Action against Bankers'Life Long Term Home Health Care Abuse of Elderly.... in Maryland, and join. Check with local elder abuse organizations...the more, the better, and there are a lot of us out there, we all know how corrupt this company is.

You were smart to move the funds, when my Mom passed away in October 2015 it was very difficult to get the beneficiary funds; played games, said forms were not received, OR MY FAVORITE: The correct forms were not used-BUT THEY SENT THE FORMS TO ME- go figure! Even better, more than a year later never contacted me to inform that there were still 2 policies that I never cashed out (was unaware of them, really) it totaled over $22K!
I guess they were just going to let the funds sit there forever! Then once I did inquire, it was next to impossible to get the funds released, made me fax a copy of my marriage certificate (no, no name changes, no address changes,...nothing) even though I completed them the same exact way I had done the original claim forms.
But, after 2 faxes, and 5 phone calls, I finally received the funds that my deceased mother had intended for me to have all along. This organization does not have INTEGRITY!!!!!!!
Mr. John David Clark is under investigation for writing policies on people who he knows to have diabetes and who are uninsurable because of this.
He has lied on applications to get them processed and when questioned about this, he has lied to the internal investigators who are looking into this and blamed the other agent that he split the business with who is no longer with the company.
Please get your agent (Mr. Clark) changed to another one and do not refer him - he is nothing but a greedy liar.
I talked with the agent Jeffery mcwherter today and he stated the company is issuing a check today. Im not holding my breath.

I would recommend going to the local office or writing an email.
HIPAA laws require proof of identification(verifying information) when calling into an office so I imagine it might be even more difficult to communicate by text.
Make an effort to go over to the local office.
With all your respect Sir maybe you and your office are a few of the honest agents working from Bankers.. My mother was talked into buying a life insurance thinking she will leave some money to take care of expenses when it was time burial services, not a bad ideabright?
Well a few weeks back she received a letter that her policy agent changed, she tried for weeks to contact the office to ask someone question regarding the policy with no luck, finally she was able to speak with someone at the customer service center, when the lady looked into her policy she noticed that my mother has been paying almost double the usual for the premium, my mom asked for the policy to be canceled she said she will take care of it and apologies, the following week she received a bill, but nothing in regards the cancelation. Now that i know about the issue and trying to help we tried to call to inquire about the cancelation and guess what? nobody answers the phone again! At this point she doesn't care if your company keeps the money that every month for the past 3 years in January has been taken from her account.
We just want to cancel and never have other business with Bankers. I just can't believe the way they treat and take advatage of our senior citizens, because looking into the reviews she is not the first one complaining about the service, policies and lack of professionalism.
I understand not all agents, offices and representatives are the same and some must be hard working and honest people, but sadly, you know that one bad agent/office can destroy what others work so hard for: good reputation

i have worked for the company for over 9 years and love what I do. Helping people daily is a great reward.
the people that complain about this business are people who are looking for an easy job.
It is sales. The sales business is hard.
You shouldn't have posted your phone number here on this very public website. You are basically inviting weirdos, creeps and scammers to call you.

As far as your daughter, try to get her to read some of the letters and postings here. But, she may well have to learn the hard way though, that this is not the opportunity she is looking for.
