Bankers Life And Casualty Company - Costumer service
I had faxed a withdrawal annuity form, and it took four weeks before I got my money. The support I received throughout to look into the matter was inefficient and sloppy.
This is a company that should be penalized for the way it handles its costumers' policies. I had to call every day and each time was told the issue was being reviewed and that I would receive a call back from a supervisor. No such call ever came. This is not the first time I've had similar problems with Bankers Life.
I am tired of receiving platitudes. If I would not get penalized for withdrawing all my money early, I would take everything out from Bankers Life.
It is the worst insurance and annuity company out there. I warn anyone considering to do business with them to research other companies first.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
