After being a client for over 30 years, you would think that I would be considered a "valued customer", right? Wrong, I have been leaving messages for someone to call me to explain the increase of my insurance premiums with no success. It seems that even the Regional Manager Mr. Joseph Kepeck (?) (Palos Hills, IL) does not have the professionalism to take a phone call.
I would never suggest Bankers Ins to anyone and if I were to start over, I certainly would not sign on any dotted line on a document with Bankers name on it.
Do you think that a phone call could happen or is this "business as usual" for Bankers?
